About Me

Trauma Therapist, and a Licensed Professional Counselor. I am here to change the way therapy is offered and make getting support less challenging and intimidating. As a working mother of two, I know how difficult taking care of yourself can be. I have a fun-loving household with my 2 kids, 2 cats, and 2 dogs. We love to dance, play, and get outside into the beautiful Colorado mountains. I love to read and will always try to sneak in time to sit in the sun and take in a few chapters of a good book. Life is busy, messy, and full of adventure.
